Pigmentation Removal

Skin pigmentation is disarray that triggers the skin to emerge either lighter or darker than the existing skin color. The lighter appearance is called hypopigmentation and the darker appearance is called hyperpigmentation. Pigmentation may sometimes emerge as blotchy and discolored. However, skin discoloration may appear in many forms. The reason for this pigmentation depends on the minimal or the maximal production of melanin. Melanin is obtained from amino acid tyrosine which is found in melanocyte cells that distributed throughout the upper layer of our skin. Melanin works as an absorbent agent of UV-rays of the sun to prevent the skin.

The light energy converts the heat energy that damages the targeted cells without any disruption on the upper layer of the skin. The treated area turns to be darker and sometimes black after treatment but it will gradually fade out within 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the area of the skin treated. Very dark skin is not fir for this procedure.

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLP)

LLLT is a cold laser that diminishes the creation of the hyperpigmentation without any discomfort. It works within the skin cells to balance the stimulated melanocytes and sun damaged cells that results in a luminous and more radiant complexion of skin.
